What Is the Growfully Mind Shift Meditation?
The GrowFully Mind Shift Meditation isn’t your typical meditation — and honestly, the word “meditation” can be a little misleading. This isn’t something you need to repeat daily or revisit over and over. It’s a focused, intentional tool designed to help you shift specific unhealthy belief systems.
Unlike general meditations that explore broad themes or promote calm, this practice invites you to bring in a real, limiting belief you’re currently holding — something fear-based, lack-based or out of alignment — and shift it at the root. That’s what makes it different. That’s what makes it powerful.
If siting or lying down for a guided practice isn’t ideal, you may prefer the Growfully Mind Shift Mantra — a spoken version of the same process, which you can repeat to yourself while walking, driving, or simply sitting somewhere quietly. Both tools work in similar ways to shift unhealthy belief systems into healthy ones — just choose whichever suits your moment.
This process helps you move from unhealthy beliefs that quietly shapes your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and even external experiences — to a healthier, more supportive ones rooted in peace, trust, and truth.
Once you’ve used the meditation on a belief, you likely won’t need to revisit it for that theme. You might return to it if the belief still feels active down the line — but for many people, one deep session brings lasting change.

In this introduction, I guide you through how and why the meditation works. We explore neural pathways, theta brainwave states, and how belief systems shape not just our inner world but also the reality we experience every day.
You’ll learn how, during the meditation, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed theta state, where your neural pathways — the physical patterns in your brain that store beliefs — become more malleable. In this space, it becomes possible to release an unhealthy belief system and invite in a healthier one that supports your wellbeing, clarity, and confidence.
In this state — and through this process — we are literally rewiring the brain by changing the neural pathways.
The method draws from neuroscience, mindfulness, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), creating a gentle but powerful process of real transformation.

Mind Shift Meditation – Single Belief System with Hanna and Intro
This meditation is designed to shift one unhealthy belief system at a time — something you know is keeping you small, stuck, or out of peace. Just bring the belief that’s been showing up recently and follow the guided process.
You’ll be held through each step — dropping into a deep theta state, releasing the old unhealthy belief system, and then inviting in a new, healthier belief that feels more aligned with truth, ease, and who you really are.
