Unhealthy Belief Systems

On this page, we’ve put together a collection of possible unhealthy belief systems — most of which I’ve personally used and worked through — along with some guidance on how to shift them using either the Mind Shift Meditation or the Mind Shift Mantra.

These are just suggestions to support your own process. Please feel free to adapt or rewrite them in any way that feels more natural or truthful for you. And of course, you don’t need to choose from this list — you are absolutely welcome to shift any belief system that feels limiting, whether it’s listed here or not.

If you come across a belief system that isn’t included and you feel it could help others, you’re warmly invited to share it with us — we may add it to the collection.

Then do some Muscle Checking around the belief system to identify if its appropriate to you. Then select whether you’d like to do a Mind Shift Meditation or a Mind Shift Mantra — whichever feels most helpful right now.

This is just a guide to assist you in getting started, there’s no wrong way to do this. Trust yourself. Let it feel intuitive, light, and true to you.
